I would get onto Motability chat and explain you contacted them about the hire car remaining at your address (no off road parking), even though your scheme car is now repaired and in your possession from x date and that you have previously contacted Motability regards the hire car and were told to contact DLM, who have said the hire car is on hire untill the 9th October. Then go on to explain that you will not be held responsible for any damages to the hire car, since getting your own car back on “x” and request it is removed within 48hrs.
Did you take picturers of the hire car to confirm it’s condition including the fuel level and mileage, at the time of having your car back, if not I recommend you do it.
