In the Wago box there will be be 2/3 Wago connectors most likely 221’s.
If you ease the box out, to check the orientation arrow on the CT clamp, making sure the arrow is pointing down to the Henley blocks below (2 small black boxes, where the tails connect)
There will be a tab on the CT clamp which you can unclip and reposition so the arrow is pointing down if neccessary. With the CT clamp removed, it will give you more space to pull the box out and check the cat 5 wires are securely held into the Wago clips by giving them a gentle pull.
The 2 main reasons that cause CT clamps to buzz are either its not fully closed or the core is fractured/cracked.
