BMW, Mercedes, Hyundai, Toyota & Subaru have so far met their targets for this year, whilst Stellantis, VW, Ford, Renault, Nissan, Mazda, Honda & Suzuki are struggling to meet their ZEV targets, so we could probably expect reductions on APs for these manufacturers.
