Hi Guys It seems that Motability has an Elite team lol to make decisions on what I call ordering and having car delivered by a dealer that is happy to do this, I was told this team is uncontactable unless they contact you which sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t. The Ombudsman told me why do you even tell Motability? and I told them because it seems now a lot of dealers have been old to not do this unless they ask permission from the Cartel which when they advertise being able to order Mobility Scooters from home and WAV and have them delivered apparently we cannot. Motability say as well you have to order a car first and then ask them for offsite handover as they call it which is ludicrous why would you place your order for something you cannot have should it not be before you order as you may have put a deposit on the Car and signed a contract with the dealer which if they could not deliver the car to you they would be in breach of contract so Motability are putting dealers in a worrying position.The FNS Ombudsman said what are Motability playing at in Breaching Equality law and this is what you guys will have to do unless you have a no win no fee lawyer or enough money to take the Cartel to stop this unjust dogma they have.
