Hi Tim, is there any updates to your off site handover? I’m going through the same thing. I have agoraphobia and can only drive around my hometown. I ordered the car via phone from a dealership about 25 miles away from me, they were happy for the offsite handover but motability declined my request. Who should I contact to try and sort this out please? I hope you managed to get the car you wanted in the end.
