Hi Tam, the question was why, as it doesn’t cost bmw any more for motability customers to receive the same offer, should motability customers not be eligible for the bmw credit charge card. As you will see from a post on the motability forum, this member has received the £750 credit charge card from the dealer. It does not really matter why, its just up to them, many manufactures will run campaigns targeting different types of customers, Retail sales provide the largest profits, as motability and other fleet schemes will have less profit per vehicle, that’s “why” I suspect its limited to retail sales
