No “200+bhp” which includes anything 200bhp and over.
No it does not mean the new Countryman should necessarily be on the scheme regardless of bhp. It like me saying the BMW X3 should be on the scheme but, its not and not likely to be!
The Mini JCW may still be on the scheme though
