    In 2021 I did the renewal paperwork in December award “finished” in July but they kept on the monthly rollover. I called in August and they hadn’t even looked at my paperwork at that point.

    I needed to renew my blue badge which a rolling monthly award did not help and I didn’t fancy making arguments over an application without PIP.

    I asked my MP for help couple of days later he sent me an email with an award letter both elements enhanced as before. If they’re being rubbish don’t forget to contact your MP first they might get you a result with minimal aggravation. I sent an email to them that took me 2 mins to write vs the hour I was on hold to the DWP
