Thanks Kezo. Probably showing my ignorance here but I’ve had a Petrol Peugeot 3008 since 2020. Would I be right in saying this would also have a Gpf…. Do all petrol cars now have one? If so, I E never had any issues with mine, would this be a good indicator as to whether my driving would cause an issue with the Tucson?
EU6c 2018, so I would say your 3008 has one and every other car after this date.
Is it because of your driving you have not had an issue, that I don’t know how you drive but, when I looked through various forums there were more reports of Automaics than manuals having the issue.
From what Ive read a previously posted Hyundai are rolling out a fix announced earlier this year. So one would expect new cars rolling of the production line will already have this fix. Mine went in for a service late March and was told it had a software update and the car does seem a bit more lively. I was in a rush so never asked what the update was for.
You could also ring or contact on FB, Hyundai customer care and ask when the fix will be rolled out and whether there is any problems with it, to put your mind at rest.
