    I would not recommend this car from my bad experience so far hat is on-going….I have had a Renault Arkana since the end of September 2021 and it has not been right from the start. It has been back to cars2 in Barnsley 3 times and still not fixed.  Faulty gearbox, faulty parking sensors and spacial sensors, faulty battery, loosing 30% of its economy and more. Its a disgrace and contacted renault who want me to prove each and every fault since day one despite it going into the garage and records showing this at their end. Renault have put in writing to me that they are aware the gearbox needs a software update so admitted its faulty but still not able to sort it yet and said I have to wait and refusing to accept the car back and give a refund. I would have thought it would be covered by consumer rights but currently seeking legal advise and a shame to have to do this instead of a company be honourable as there is a bigger picture and already told so many people who were thinking of getting one who have now bought other cars.
