Hi so my application has been approved I have my pin number, it says to contact dealer regarding collection date. I contacted the dealer and he said he’s not sure he can’t tell me when I will get the car , which seems strange as it’s been sitting there since 28th June waiting for me , it’s a nearly new wav so just needs re-registered in my name by the DVLA , I don’t understand how he can’t give me a delivery date when checks etc have been completed ?
TBH i’m baffled as registering you/mb as the owner on the V5 is simple
