What it really comes down to is this, are you willing to take a hit on certain missing spec and live with the car for another 3-5 years?
I applaud you for taking it back. What gives them right to still charge Premium Plus price?
If you walked up to the dealer on the day of collection with only half the AP saying “I’m sorry but due to issues worldwide with the economy blah blah I can only give you this half of thr advanced payment…”
Do you think they’d accept that? Of course not.
If you haven’t already got a Motability vehicle, I feel your pain in having no option but to accept what you’re given…
