It is a bit of a worry to be honest, getting comfortable is one of the most important things.
Im more concerned that a large company like Vauxhall can accept an order based on a sales brochure that clearly states those items are included & then when we see one in a showroom – they are missing. Is there not some trade description issue here ?
I also have to say that the salesman in my dealership is really not that interested in Motability & has made it clear that they only make £250 on each sale, barely covering the pdi & number plates.
Not exactly the customer service I expected. If I ring to see if there is any update on my vehicle, I feel fobbed off.
