A couple of points. The best information we have suggests a build time of between 12-18 months for the ID.3, with local dealers here suggesting the latter. Other posters who ordered electric then cancelled were told they could keep the charger without cost. This would be best verified with motability however the lack of any written contract legally would probably make any demands for payments unenforceable.
