    Thanks for your help. This is my first mobility car so I don’t know how it works. I have actually just been to a Honda garage and ordered a HRV which is in stock and only waiting a month for the car. It is not as big as the Rav 4 but I need a power boot and all the advance prices have gone up. I got a part ex on my car to pay for the payment. whilst in there he filled in mobility forms on the computer, this is something they didn’t do at the Toyota garage in August and said you will be sent a pin by mobility, again something I didn’t get from Toyota. It’s starting to look like they didn’t put my order through at Toyota if you ask me in August last year

    Just thought and with you changing to another manufacturer, did you cancel your order for the RAV 4 and did you get a confirmation letter with a PIN from Motability a week or so after ordering the RAV 4 last August.

    If none of these things happened and you just went and ordered the Honda it would seem like the Toyota dealer never ever put an order in for a car in the first place. As with the Honda dealer and the filling of the Motability forms did you do that last August with the Toyota?

    Go to the Motability web site and make a Motability account following the easy to fill form, if you haven’t already done that, and you will see your Honda showing up there in a few days.
