What BigDave says there is very important, as we recently had someone who signed first and then figured out that stuff was missing, which brought a rats tail of headaches afterwards.
The e-sign/PIN is only to be put in once you’re happy with the car, don’t get coaxed into signing first before you see and inspected the car (check that all optional extras are there, check the paint for damage etc).
