When I ordered I was really undecided as to which model I was going to commit to so I asked the dealer if the model choice had any bearing and he said no, it didn’t matter. Who knows? For me there’s a vested interest in getting the car as soon as because I have a trade in to consider, that said the dealer has guaranteed the price as the one quoted on the day of order so I imagine they don’t think it’ll be significantly delayed.
