Georgie you can’t walk far so you’re not going to use destination chargers while off on a wander around a shopping centre, they’re for people who want to travel a bit further afield in an EV and get a charge while doing something else, you could always find one in a scenic location (Kings Lodge Hotel, Glencoe?) and enjoy the views while charging but mostly you’d plug in at home (if possible but not available for everyone?) drive to wherever you needed to go and then plug in again when back home. If on a long journey you’d plug in at a Rapid charger for 30 minutes and could sit in the car until it’s done… are you saying you do journeys of 330 miles at a time, do you do that in one go cause that’d be a 6+ hour journey without a break.
