i have the cooper auto 3dr 1.5 (seven) a special edition they did with the posh leather and a chilli pack.
likewise i went for the 3 dr as its easier to get in and out of compared to the 5 door and i dont have anyone/thing that needs to get in the back so its not an issue. the 1.5 is fine for me and the sports mode revs it up a notch lol. as the cars not that heavy its fine.
i am changing early for a countryman as ive slipped a disc so the back is shot and they arent going to operate anytime soon so the 3dr is just that bit too low.
this time i have gone for the 2.0l cooper s as the car is considerably heavier and the test drive confirmed it needs that bit more oomph. at least i think so, for the less lead footed the 1.5 would be ok but not as much fun lol.
