For me It’s the sat navigation. In my current car I can’t find an option to select an alternative route, eg avoid motorways etc. Oh and the dipping wing mirrors when reversing (which I switched off).
The modern feature which I believe is a waste of money is the auto park. Only used it once in 4 years.
