I’m unsure of how electric hot hatches are going to work. Most electric cars have boatloads of torque and horsepower. The new electric Abarth has gone for loud fake engine noise to make up for it and I’m not convinced.
I’m the same Dan, I prefer to know the Car is working and you can hear something. While it’s still possible.
I’ve always thought that about pure electric cars, but I am more and more being drawn to Hybrid cars, a sentence I never thought I would say.

Are you able to charge a scooter from the charge point in your boot or is the supply insufficient?

Hi This will be my 3rd Mini on the scheme! I’ve got a Mini Clubman S at present, so I’m downsizing …lol Yes it’s nearly time to collect the JCW Should hopefully get it in the next couple of weeks? Ive always had black cars, so the Island Blue with Red Roof is a big change for me, but it’s going to be a real head turner
I’m jealous reading all these stories, I’m not due to change until October 25′ and if the last 3 years have taught us anything, you never know what is going to happen.

Yeah it’s good wee drive , one of my favourite shortish drives ( 45 mins to get there ) and you have that view that never gets old ?? last night the roads were pretty quiet and I was thinking I’m gonna put the boot down here , but I did the exact opposite I just enjoyed the ride, coasted along had some good tunes and the air con and it was magic ?? im actually going to head out in a little bit and do it again, just park up at that view point and enjoy the golden skies , I’ll wait a bit longer as I want to see what the lights are like at night time ( not that it gets pitch black the now ) you still loving yours? as for the driving position I put my seat lower down a couple of notches and just getting used to the smaller dimensions of the car So glad I decided to go for it tho ?? whoever has it on order won’t be disappointed ?

Hey guys I got it. good job I can type this because I’m speechless. I love it. The quality is outstanding. The ride is so smooth and the power is breathtaking. im going to spend tomorrow setting it all up and putting some miles on the clock. So far so very good ??

What colour have you decided on Winston? I have a zesty Yellow one and it looks great if not a touch bright ? I’m not due to change till October 25, if it’s still available it will be on my shortlist. But a lot can happen in 2 1/2 years .
