The dealership that has the car in stock have been really difficult to deal with 🙁
I called on Saturday and was told there was not a single person that can help was promised a call back on Monday morning
This morning no phone call so we called them to now be told the Motability sales person is off until the 29th January so another week
I explained I actually want the car advertised as being in stock she stated its still available but there is no one in the dealership that will be able to process the order for motability
I offered a deposit to hold it until he’s back and again this was refused as I’m a motability customer and they won’t take deposits from us and its a first come first served basis so will now probably miss out on the car
So not a very good experience so far
