      That’s quick and quite encouraging!

Of note I’m with Octopus and moved to their Tracker Tarrif a month ago and I’ve saved a third on my bill.

It’s variable but electricity has ranged from 13.2p per kw to the most expensive of 18.5p on one day. That is 24/7 on that particular day.

Ok thanks.  The electrician is a registered EV charger fitter who lives locally.

He’s having a very quick look at meter FOC.

I’m even more confused after watching a few videos.

My house is only five years old so I expect the electrics to be fine.

In the meter the main cut out fuse has indeed got 100 amp written on the blue sticker on the side of it – BUT – someone has put a white sticker on the top that says 80 amp!

I’m going to get an electrician to have a quick look but I’m seriously wondering if this is all worth the bother……

Thanks, yep I knew that and I’ve also failed to get a definitive answer on the YouTube route as well!

I sat in one at a Motability event recently and I was surprised how comfortable it was. Lots of kit but as you say, a bit pricey.

Comfort wise, the only others that beat it were two EVs, the BYD Atto 3 (which was really comfortable albeit a bit out there inside) and the XC40 that apparently is “coming soon”.

Will be interesting to see if that is electric only and what the AP is.

I too have found the mobile service far superior than my local branches.

I sat in an Atto 3 at a Motability event at the weekend. Very out there interior that would take a lot of getting used to, but comfortable none the less. Strangely, the two people manning the stall were from an events company not BYD. That said, they were both very well versed in both the brand and car on show.

They think the Atto 3 will appear in the 4th quarter and if not in January, but it is definitely joining the scheme.

I don’t pay the £40 in fairness but as unable to do myself it’s never as clean as it used to be.
