Why do things head south at the most inopportune time?

My closomat has, today, Christmas Eve, started to play up. Urgh.

What have you had go wrong with great timing for things to go wrong? Include as many first world problems as you can!!

I was at a wedding a few years ago, we were at the venue early waiting for people to arrive, the photographer was there looking round, he left his bag of cameras in the reception, a thief walked in, nicked his bag and ran off into the local housing estate.

My brother has been without a TV for 8 days ?. Luckily it means he misses all the Xmas repeats and general rubbish programs forced on us at this time of year.

The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
Anything i post over three lines long please assume it is an article lol.

Most probably water has got into the connection from the heavy rain or the wind has blown it out of alignment.
