i know its early i cant order till 28 feb. but its what i do lol. it has taken a while to work out what you get on which models and i think i am getting there.

anyway 3 door mini on wpms i think the one to consider is:

mini 3dr 2.0s classic for £383.00 ap as it includes the level 1 pack.

the mini 3dr 1.5c sport has no pack and is £883.00

with the level 1 pack it is £1533.00 now if your going to spend that you may as well go for

3 dr mini 2.0s exclusive for £1533 with level 1 pack.

the 2.0s sport is another £300 at £1833.00.

idont think its worth paying an extra £1200.00ish to get the exclusive trim or is it what do you think??

I think it’s easy getting carried away with the ever encouraging sales staff..

I think have a price in mind & try staying with it, or try wangle a discount on anything 🤣😆

          Ah the triannual conundrum!

Any trim or pack will not be as good a value as the car itself. And that annoys me!

You will have to be guided by your budget vs your desire.

yes exactly dumfriesdik, i had the exclusive trim on my countryman and it was nice proper leather etc etc, the level 2 packs are even more but dont interest me as they include a sunroof which i hate, dont know why and its odd cos i would have a ragtop at the drop of a hat and a huge drop in ap.

i am going for another sit test at the weekend just to be sure but i reckons the 2.0l s is more important than the trim with a 1.5c. and £1200 for the next level 2.0 s exc or sport is a set too far. at least that will be another option sorted.

Three-door Mini is a great car to drive. Most enjoyable. Whichever one you choose, make sure you get a good test drive in exactly the chosen model. I ordered a three-door (Cooper S) after a test in a five door (sales bloke said no 3-door available). Had to trade it back in after a few weeks: three-door suspension seems to use bricks as springs. Absolutely unbearable and painful with four busted vertebral discs!

prior to the countryman i had a 3dr mini the special edition 7 that they did but my spine kicked off so i changed 3 months early to get a deal on the countryman £500 off that was time limited so worth it even with the reduced gcb. but i will line up test drives in feb of all contenders. the grande panda may get added to the juke,qq,ariya and the ioniq 6 if its still the same price.
