When service is good Podpoint

      we are having an awful time at present with the delivery of our EV as I am sure many of you are. It’s not the delay that’s irritating its the vagueness that causes the frustration. But when the service is as efficient as Pod Point then it makes a refreshing change and is worthy of praise.

      Yesterday we were unlocked by Western Power very efficiently with sensitive approach to our neighbour all ground work tidied and out back, this was arranged by Podpoint. This morning received email to explain work will be started on charger next Monday. The are a class ahead of the other EV charger installers and deserve to grow in this industry. Just wish the car manufacturer (purposely unnamed for this blog) could get their act together.

        Good to hear Mark, out of interest what work were they doing?

        The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
        Anything i post over three lines long please assume it is an article lol.

          they are putting in a point at the end of our grass area and then running back to house because we are in a close of six bungalows then we are having a parking space marked out
