yesterday i actually got a face to face with the pain clinic consultant about my back, and i have to say he was very good and thinks there are a couple of spinal injection options that may help.

also slightly off topic was the consultant in training he had with him was army ramc and he notice the sarky sweat shirt i was wearing saying i was a veteran etc and we had quite a chat. all in all a very positive appt.

so i was put on the list for injections and a reveiw in 6 months.

anyway damn me if i dont get back from the gym this morning to 2 missed calls from them, turns out they had a cancellation this morning and wanted to offer it to me. totally gobsmacked and furious i hadnt taken my phone with me. so now going to have to hang on to the phone just in case.

murphys law now says i wont get a call for 6 months or more.
