New section to the VW order tracker is coming next Thursday, update will be a delivery estimate according to my dealership advisor.

I don’t know if it applies to the Tiguan too but Newfi was reporting an unconfirmed report in the Touran My19 thread that the 2.0 TDi 150 and 190  DSG was being dropped from production or delayed, one or the other.

Unconfirmed I must add again but looks like by what your saying it could well be true.

Hi Chris

It was just the Touran 2.0TDi DSG. Apparently dealers cannot take orders for the 2.0TDi DSG, I do not know the reason but it may have something to do with the upgrade to the MY2019 as on the 2018 it had the 6 speed auto and the 2019 will get the 7 speed. They have stopped production of the 2.0 TDi DSG (Touran that is) until at least week 51.

As matter of interest as regards to VAG and WLTP. Its good to see that they got their priorities right in getting all the Lamborghini’s type approved.

I have been trying to find them on the Motability list but I cannot find them. I am sure they will be on for Q4.

All joking aside it is weird how the Toureg (VW flagship) got type approval in June.   Money talks.
