I started taking vitamin C tablets recently as I had been told that they are good for you especially as you get older. An unexpected side effect of taking the tablets had me surprised. Without getting too explicit the effect on my libido has been fantastic as it has improved 100%. So now instead of just her birthday treat she can now look forward to Christmas as well ?????????

It is recomended not to take more than the daily recommended dose as it can turn you into a romping rabit all day every day ?
I take Calchew (calcium and Vit D) for osteoporsis, Vit A plus drops for secondary glaucoma and fresh orange for Vit C 🙂

Vit D is one worth looking into if you don’t get enough natural daylight.
Brydo most people don’t need supplements if you eat a healthy varied diet, its also worth checking with your doctor so you don’t overload, as it can have a reverse effect 🙂
Try Berocca, they have all the vitamins you need. They genuinely give me loads of energy and turn my pee luminous yellow!
