KhalidI placed an order for a Allspace 2 weeks and the dealership said they have no idea how long the order will take…..

Matt BHi Khalid,
Did you order your Allspace from stock? We were quoted approx. 6-9 months lead time if we wanted to place a build to order. As we didn’t want to add any extras or need any adaptations, we ordered from stock. Vehicle was at our dealership within 2 weeks.

KhalidHi Matt I hope you are well….There was none in stock Matt Unfortunately! I wanted a Blue silk colour one but she told me there was none in stock at all!!!

KhalidI didn’t add any adaptions or alterations also!

Matt BSo if you ordered one already built and in this country it should be pretty quick. If you ordered one to built for you, there will be a bit of a wait.

Matt BSorry Khalid, read your last message first. Apologies if my last message confused you. Hopefully they can get it too you quicker than the build time I was quoted, good luck! ???

KhalidI’m just a bit confused no 1 knows what they are doing or saying at the dealership,I know it’s a difficult time etc but still I would have thought they could have given a approximate date etc because the lady at the dealership was a bit like she had no idea etc and looking at these forums it’s the same lol
September 6, 2020 at 9:52 pm #123365My Allspace was ordered in December, picked it up last Friday…

Mine arrived in the UK on Monday so not long for me.
September 13, 2020 at 10:41 am #123749
Matt BThanks all, we love it!
Tommy – our previous car was also cloth so no change there. However, our last car did have heated seats. We will find out if we miss them in a few short weeks I suspect… Russ, I hope you get the keys to yours very soon! ??

RussHow’s the ride, comfortable?
I currently have a Seat Leon ST FR and it’s a tad bumpy.
September 13, 2020 at 2:05 pm #123758
Matt BPersonally I find it bumpy but more in a responsive rather than uncomfortable way. Some vehicles, especially in comfort mode can feel detached from the road without much information coming through the steering wheel. I feel the Allspace on 19inch alloys has found a great balance of a responsive, yet comfortable ride. Also, It is my first automatic and have been pleasantly surprised by the DSG box, especially in sport mode where there is almost no delay when planting your foot on a motorway slip road. Yet to try the tiptronic gate or the paddle shifts.

RussThanks for getting back.
I’m really looking forward to a more comfortable drive.
I think it’s a great looking car and the higher seated position is going to be a great help.
I’ve gone for the 4motion too as I live in the middle of a field in the Yorkshire Dales.

Matt BYorkshire dales are a beautiful part of the country! Ours is 2WD so didn’t do too much research on 4WD system but everything I read/watched was complimentary about the system. Hope u find the Allspace as comfy and fun to drive as I do.
