Wholeheartedly agree, Bandit. Now, I don’t actually like SUVs, crossovers, MUVs and all the other Big Macho Motors, basically because I don’t need one. If I DID, however, I’d be looking seriously at Bollinger. Like the original Land Rovers, not the trendy, flashy things of today, the Bollinger seems to be a simple, practical design for a vehicle to carry things and do things just about anywhere. No fuss, just a great big square thing that does a job and, for me, a brilliant design.
Two drawbacks, though: price! too expensive for me. And, why has it not got a fold down windscreen like the early LRs?
