I’ve been on eBay for many years my brother in law has asked me if I could put his old bmw Z4 on it for sale he wants £2500 for it and has me to take photos of it this week as he and my sister just live 5 miles away . I’ve never sold anything as expensive as that on eBay could anyone tell me how much eBay would charge to sell it ? Thanking you

This is no help but I sold my Z4 using Autotrader. I paid a fixed fee ‘until sold’ and it only took a couple of weeks to shift. I can not find how much they charged. Pretty rubbish reply funnily enough.

You are best using a classified add rather than auction, the add will cost £19.99 but you are charged for things like sub titles and larger pictures.

Thankyou for the replies I’ve heard there is something called Facebook market place would he be better to put it on there ? I’m not on Facebook but my nephew his son is would that be better ? Thankyou for your help
