My AC is faulty. I waited one month for it to be seen by dealership. Now it needs replacement parts under warranty. I was promised phone call yesterday with details, no phone call. I phoned dealership this morning. Promised phone call back today. Still no phone call. This is to see if repair will be approved by the warranty person. The dealerships customer service since I ordered my car has been shocking! I will not use this company again. Can anyone advise who I can complain too and what should I do to get this repair carried out. Usually my husband would help with this sort of stuff, but I am now widowed and trying to sort this out myself. Thank you.
