Question for Enyaq owners

Hi all, I picked up my Enyaq edition in olive green on Saturday, for only £799 ap. Got my £250 good condition bonus this morning.

Lovely car, still getting used to gadgets.

One thing I’m struggling with is the touch screen. It is paired to my iPhone and initially my phone screen mirrors onto cars touch screen, however, if for instance I have a message to read, I’ll press messages on screen and messages come up but after I’ve finished with messages how do I get back to main screen . I’ve literally pressed every button and cannot get back. When I’ve finished journey and exited vehicle, when I next get in my Apple screen is back on again, until I come off it. The small booklet supplied with car isn’t that comprehensive.

I’m sure it’s simple but it’s got me baffled.

      Regards, wonky

There is a ‘house’ icon, which is the home button. Bottom left, if I remember right!

If your using carplay then press the box with 8 little boxes on bottom right which will take you to the app selection page this icon will now change to three lines and a large box pressing this will give you Satnav, media and any appointments etc

Actually, it could be on the right!

            Did you get it sorted?

Hi DumfriesDik, yes sorted, you and Vieuxtemps were both right. Obvious really but I couldn’t see it, thanks.
I knew I’d get an answer on here.

Will post again when I’ve got used to car.
              Regards, wonky
