Hi,i placed an order for a nissan qashqai last week.Today its left the scheme.Can someone please advise as to what i require, from my nissan dealer when i contact them to put mind at ease that order is still going ahead?.cheers

Through experience in the years gone passed (many years using Motability), the dealer has to fulfill your order as it was placed prior to coming off the scheme. It is like the AP rising in a new quarters, they have to fulfill it at the time of order, not the aftermath. Hope that helps,

Paul – check your Motability account online to ensure that the order is showing. Whilst that’s only an admin exercise and not the actual order, if Motability have accepted your order then it doesn’t matter if it is subsequently removed from the scheme. You should still get it (eventually). The potential issue will be if the dealer didn’t have any available build allocation slots, has yet to place the order with Nissan and hasn’t done the admin with Motability. If so, you might need to start over again. Only the dealer and Motability can confirm this for you.
