I collected my new vehicle on Monday last week and didn’t have my bank details to hand to confirm for the GCB. So the dealer said just incase he will change the default payout to cheque. When I login to my Motability account now and try to enter my bank details again it will not verify. I’ve made sure the details are correct and i’ve used another browser, but it doesn’t seem to want to accept the bank details.
I’ve read people saying if your bank account was made on a certain date then this can be why, but i’ve had my bank details saved on Motability before and been paid into the account directly, so wondering why it won’t let me add anymore. I’ve even spoke to my Bank who said it should work…it is a flaw on the website if it isn’t letting you add the bank details.
Anyone had a similar issue and managed to fix it?
