Keso, surely it claims anytime for smart charging your vehicle.
Yes mate I realise that but, your kWh rate normally increases slightly for running household items.
Its a bolt extra to the standard tariff.
So usual tariff you use all the time and then this will let you charge your car at 7p whenever you want. You can not use your white goods etc on it though.
