<p style=”text-align: center;”>Hi just thought I would share my experience of getting the Ohme home pro as some people are not having a great time.</p>
      My experience was great .

I got a text from ohme on Thursday the 18th of Jan and filled it all in on fruday 19th in the moring with photo’s,  I couldn’t be bothered to draw the picture for instalation.

Then later that day Voltech had messaged me asking some simple questions and I responded and also made sure I was getting the 8 meter cable.

On Saturday moring I was booked in to have it fitted today.

And 830am voltech arrived and left at 10.30 ish .

All fitted with 8 meter cable, very tidy job it actually looks better that I thought.

But a big thanks to motability , ohme and voltech.

All fitted in well under a week .

      W

I’m due to have my survey today I would do it myself, but there is the minor inconvenience that I am blind and I cannot take the pictures, I hope that when the survey is done, I get the charger as quick and without any issues I think it has a lot to do with the contractor that is sent to the charger

This would be correct but can also be on Ohme’s part like I experienced in my latest post – approved by Ohme, installer aborted on the day due to legal issues surrounding parking – big headache.

Meter is just out of sight on the left

And the fuse board it literally just behind the charger .

I git him to put the surge protector just under the meter as I didn’t want any more fuss on the wall.

I can take a pic of the inside if you want to see the surge protector.

Its a neat install on the outside wall 🙂

I’d be interested to see a pic of what they have done inside.

I was a little concerned when you soley mentioned SPD but I can see its a dedicated consumer unit for the charger now, with and SPD, MCB, RCD/RCBO inside 🙂

In the last few weeks I’ve completed the Ohme survey, had ProEv fit my charger and today national grid upgraded my electrics. The initial survey was a bit to do, but the whole process had been easy, fitting of the charger was great and tidy, and now my electrics are all upgraded and ready to go for my Ev when it arrives. A good experience with the whole process here. ??

Did you get the 8 meter tethered.

We have always dad a tethered charger and I don’t personal know anyone who has.

Seems like a nice tidy install. I’ll be showing this pic to my installer 🙂

I sent my survey Monday just gone, call on Wednesday to book in, appointment at the end of the month (by choice, could have had much sooner).

Did the 8m cable cost more to install?
