Charged the Enyaq last night, this morning App says charged with charged with 47kWh but is showing £0 ??

Checking the tariff info it has Octopus IG but the rate is also showing as £0

Hopefully just s glitch and it will sort out, anyone else had this?

I’m with OVO – use ohme app

I haven’t experienced any issues – I have put app version below – maybe worth checking its upto date  – hopefully something and nothing

Are you running the Beta version?

According to the Play store the current version is 2.10.1 which is what I have installed.

Yes  – I was part of the test program for Kona  and it has just started again – sorry I should have mentioned that – I have logged out and in again on occasion when there has been a slight glitch and the usual on off.

Ohme still not  showing  cost of charge, even with re-instaling the app.

Just have to give it a while.

It won’t come back on its own. Same happened to me last night. Deleted both apps, still no unit price. You’ll have to delete the device in IOG app, then reconnect the EV, which then bring up the Ohme charger option, then authorise Ohme app login.

App updated to 2.10.4, now shows solar charging which I don’t have!.

I’ll have a look at deleting stuff later, I can just use a calculator to work out the price if I need to 😂

Had same problem with my KIA. Deleted the ohme ePod in Octopus and then added it back in. Rate now showing correct but overnight charge last night has already been calculated at zero.

Did the same and sorted it, next charge also said £0 at first but corrected itself later on.
