First time I’m on motability scheme. I’m very new to this
Any idea on delivery time for a qashqai
Need a vehicle for my daughter, as she uses a wheelchair. We don’t need adaptations to the vehicle, it’s so we can fold up her wheelchair when we use the car.
We are going to nissain tomorrow, do they apply for the scheme at the dealership or do we have to do it ourselves.

Quite a few Qasqai in stock speak to the dealers near you to see what they have. If ordering a non stock car about 10 weeks at the moment the colour and trim level will make a difference to the timescale both better and worse.
To add to this; I spoke to Nissan SW (Exeter) and they said 6-7 months for specific spec (like grey interior) – everything else would be much sooner-sooner, as they have stock rolling in.
Ordered my E-power Tekna on 15th Feb ish and was given an estimate of 23rd March a week later, with the caveat that the dates are very ‘fluid’ at the moment and it could change
When the dealer checked last Thursday it had moved to May delivery, when they checked this Tuesday it had moved to April delivery. When they checked yesterday, it had come back to 23rd March delivery again
They are checking all their orders twice a week at moment.

Yes it does, it also has a heated steering wheel, heated front seats, driver electric seat, HUD (Heads Up Display), electric tailgate and 90° opening rear doors.
I have ASD and thus have difficulty with social and understanding information, written and verbal. I process information in logical blocks, before I reply. Sometimes I'm right and sometimes I'm wrong.

As other forum members have stated, the timescale is dependent upon your desired spec. grade. Personally, in stock cars, I was given a two week wait. For a factory build, I was given the lead time of 10 – 12 weeks.
When visiting the dealership tomorrow, request to speak to a Motability specialist. They will guide you through the whole process.

I ordered a Qashqai tekna auto in early April, got it last week.
it took about 10 weeks altogether,
I’m well pleased with it, the tech on it, is great.
Ordered my Tekna E power model, in early March, still waiting for it today, was told maybe august. so for me over 6 months. Ive not added anything to it, just a stock tekna…. Whats worse, I just found out the E power tekna model comes in a hideous blue which I wasnt told as they only had the N connect which is black interior… so not best pleased. Now wanting to change the interior as I wasnt told about the blue..
