Hello everyone new user here.
Been a motability customer for nearly 6 years now. First car Nissan Qashqai tekna auto 2014, second Skoda octavia auto L&K 2017. Been visiting this website for a while now thought i’d register say hello and ask a question.
Here goes got a message from motability that i can order our car for September handover so make an appointment with the skoda dealer at Milton Keynes go in choose the car which is a skoda superb 1.5 SE-L auto £1795 advance payment, however he told me he cannot add the car on the order system as motability have stopped any orders until 1st July as he got a call from them that morning 16/6/20, he WROTE all the details of the car required, photo copied my license and entitlement letter and at the end said cannot add to system till 1st July. I tried calling motability but no one answered have emailed them but nothing yet also what happens now if the advance payment goes up on 1st July. any help appreciated.
