It’s only being sold in China I believe.

WarkmanYes, only the Chinese market. They have pulled out of saloons in the USA, as the mondo platform also used for S-Max and Galaxy, and the fact the big sales are now SUVs, ford Europe doesn’t have the money to make a platform for the European market, so no future Mondeo, s-max or Galaxy models.

MickyYes as I understand only made for Chinese market ,looks good, impressive inside.
March 19, 2022 at 5:22 pm #180513Only for the Chinese market? What a shame. Looks rather good. Old fashioned, I know, but I just like car-shaped cars, not off-road wannabees. Have to hope that the Skoda Superb makes it back on to scheme by the time I’m ready for next change.
March 19, 2022 at 5:41 pm #180515Its probably only the Chinese car will be able to afford them ?
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.

MickyHi tharg ,maybe the new Mondeo will come to UK ??? Although at present only ford China who make it , I’m told Chinese now build good cars, I too like it.
March 20, 2022 at 10:50 am #180537Cheers, Micky. I live in hope. A normal “saloon” body would be nice. A two-door coupe would be even better, although probably never going to happen.

March 20, 2022 at 3:58 pm #180562A two-door Skoda. Vision iV I believe. Very tempting.

MickyYes tasty
March 21, 2022 at 9:50 am #180578I see from further Googling that it is in fact NOT a two-door but has those front/rear hinged “barn doors”. Even better. So much more comfy to enter/exit.
