Next-generation Octavia will be revealed next week, but a spate of leaks have already nearly shown all
Skoda has confirmed that the all-new fourth-generation Octavia hatchback will be revealed next week on 11 November in Prague, teasing the new car in a short clip posted on YouTube.
The new teaser video tells us little more than we could have already guessed based on spy shots, but does give us a proper glimpse of the car’s new LED headlights and taillights.

A clearer look at the new car has already landed. A leaked image has surfaced the Czech brand’s online configurator and gives us our first undisguised look at the new VW Golf rival.
The next-generation Skoda Octavia will sport a host of cosmetic and mechanical upgrades, including new mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains. It’ll be based on the same updated version of Volkswagen’s MQB platform, which is set to underpin the Mk8 Volkswagen Golf.
