Motability Go charge registration issue

      Hi. Motability sent me out a registration pack for Motability Go Charge for my new electric vehicle. Has anyone registered for this ?

      I tried yesterday and it said it didn’t recognise my customer reference number! I did a live chat with Paua who operate the card and apparently my CRN is not on their system! He’s going to investigate.

      not a good start when you can’t even register

        Registered Ok for me via @ link cards on its way (up to 2 weeks)

        Strange but they will quickly sort it Im sure

          Got it sorted. Paua who operates the card said my customer number wasn’t on their system. They updated their records and I was able to register. So if anyone has the same problem registering for the Go card just do a live chat and they will sort it out for you.

          Now if they could give us a discount on the electric charging costs by using the card that would be good !!

            Having got my 1st EV switched onto the Octopus Intelligent Go tariff. (3 weeks ago) They sent me a charge card linked direct to my electric A/C to use throughout the UK. On the rare occasions I will need to use it that will suffice.

            2019 - 2024 BMW X1 2.0d X Drive Sport Auto
            2017 -2019 Audi Q3 2.0d Quattro Sport Line Plus
            2005 - 2017 Honda CRV Exec 2.0d
