Update from dealership ,he said my25 sportage going into production a month early ,his words ,and said he should get some dates through soon. Just passing on to those with sportage on order.

One thing ,ive found on my sportage alot inside system not activated ,reversing sensors off etc ???

I see its button to left driver center consul ,i suppose it can be easily turned off ,i will need check they are on all time .. but will go into system make sure yhey are on.

Hi Kezo, the boot capacity of the HEV is bigger than the ICE, the hybrid battery is under the rear seats and not in the boot. When I research the Sportage before ordering the boot size was important for me and I remember thinking how surprised I was to find it the opposite to what I thought it would be.   KIA quote, ICE, 562/1751, HEV, 587/1776, and PHEV, 540/1715.  Not sure how those figure’s equate to the Tucson though.

Well we manage to get wheelchair in better removeing rear bag , cant yet get sportage to hoot when locking ,but still trying lol.

FIRST AID KIT & SAFETY PACK , hi can i ask if any of you with new sportages got first aid kit & safety bag , i read that all new sportages should come with it , my carerer says its not in back under floor etc ??  Plaese reply thankyou.

It says online all kia cars come with first aid & safety pack BUT  confuseing but i think now you have buy in accessarys ,what you think ..

I have got used to settings on my sportage gts fhev awd  now , but, i can not seem to get car horn to toot when locking car , ive tried on steering wheel controls video i saw  ,doesnt come up. Ive tried with holding key lock unlock together 4 sec ,then lock car pressing twice but no car horn toot, anyone else had problem ?? ,contacted my dealership now for advice.

Dealership says he will have to check sportage has this feature ,he says this feature only appears on few models ,he said .

I have tried to find in manual but gave up trying to see download on smart phone lol.

I don’t think the horn sounds when locking the car. The mirrors fold in and hazards flash when locking.

Remember european spec cars are different to US & Canadian specs.

Yes kezo i think you are correct ,ive tried to find it ,as ypu say i know think its feature not on my25 sportage or 24.

I think your neighbours are pleased it’s not a feature on UK spec cars 😆

I had the lock and toot on a Saab 9000 years ago and it became a bit of a pain actually.

Had conformation from kia my25 she said ,does not have horn toot when locking. Gts fhev awd
