hi hope everyone is doing ok

i have a 2023 tucson phev 4×4  just want to know if anyone else has same issue

i have an issue with the back seat belts buckle when you release the seat belt buckle to take belt off  the seat belt  retracts into the car as it should however it takes the buckle in with it and it want come out so you need to book it into the dealer to get it out or drive about without using it

i think this may be a manufacturing fault

 

any thoughts

I have the 2025 facelift model and haven’t used the rear seatbelts yet, but will be doing so at the weekend so will report back if the problem persists with the facelift.

No issues with the outer or middle on mine and can’t say, I had any issues with my previous 2022 model.
