If the rain keeps on as it is, I doubt it lol.
I don’t think its the same as when we were kids, even penny for the guy seems to have died a slow death over the years.
We don’t get them anymore, I think kids & parents go to the houses decked out in Halloween stuff. I never used to answer the door anyway.

Anyone get any trick or treaters coming to the door ? I live on a retirement development so we don’t get them which is a great shame as I have fresh £20 notes waiting behind my door ?
mike What would you like me to dress up as. I rember as a kid I used to go out dressed up with my pals up the tennements where we stayed, but being on callipers and crutches I couldn’t keep up with them and used to have to climb up the stairs with my wee brown paper bag to collect any apples or oranges I was given, as there was no poly bags then and I hated getting apples and oranges which always burst through my paper bag, all I was interested in was getting a Sixpence or a. thrupeny bit piece, I never even liked apples or oranges, still don’t, but they were happy times.
