kevHello there guys and girls,
I’m a little curious on the prices of the ST – line X 1.5 diesel focus that’s priced at £395, I was just wondering if that’s the new Ford Focus or only on stock cars of the old version.
I am also looking at the new Seat Leon FR 1.0 petrol and was wondering if the price of £99 was for the new leon.
Thanks guys.

John Morris<p style=”text-align: left;”>I know that the Leon is definitely the new one. The old one was £0 for most fr models. They had the new one when we picked up our ateca and it looked very nice inside. Lots of digital stuff and I think it looked much better than the older model. Not sure about the Ford’s as most of there available models are stock only</p>

kevWill there be alloy options and trim levels, because the alloys are terrible on them, I’d personally like to spec a pan roof but there is no option on the SEAT configurator to add any options on.

kevDoes anyone have any information on whether the 1.0 will have the DSG 7 speed option? Would much prefer an auto too.
July 29, 2020 at 11:37 pm #120723the only auto that appears at the moment is the 1.5 fr trim and neither have a pan roof.
there seem at the moment to be no optional extras.
July 29, 2020 at 11:47 pm #120724Ain’t that seats model though no extras just different trim levels, least the new Fr now come with ACC as standard. before it was only on the excellence and ex lux.
It’s pretty sad they not doing the 190 tsi engine either. but i guess eu regs come into force soon and are hitting the options for more powerful cars.
There not much difference in mpg between the 1.5 and 1.ol but maybe the Ap is, I Cannot say i’ve looked as i ordered a honda civic back in jan and am loving it more and more each day.. 1.5l 182 bhp

All Focuses (Foci?) on the scheme currently are the pre-facelift ‘stock only’ models.
The new facelifted ones all have the word ‘Edition’ in their trim name so you can tell new from ‘old’ but they aren’t on the scheme yet.

HarryThe wheels on the Leon are absolutely awful unless you go after the first edition model which im sure is around 2k.
No option to upgrade the wheels either. Shame as the first edition wheels are a thing of beauty and really makes the car look amazing and the standard FR wheels make the car look average.

HarryJust seen the wheels above… They arebwhat i seen in the showroom and a First Edition wheels

HarryYeah guy in the showroom showed me them. First edition wheels really set the car off. He did say a new trim FR Sport is on its way which id imagine will have nice wheels.
July 31, 2020 at 8:52 pm #120876Deffo nicer looking than the golf 8 and the wheels on the golf are nasty imo. kinda glad i got the honda civic sport although the Ap is not so low.. did a 120 mile round trip and withoutt trying got 42 mpg using acc alot of the time and flooring it abit, when needed.. Pretty impressed with it so far done over 600 miles now and around 35mpg, but alot of that is around town driving like i don’t care about mpg.. So i reckon the civic sport figures on mpg on honest john are about right.. You can get the 1.0l version but thats not for me.
the new fr comes with acc and now on the steering wheel rather than a stalk. To late for me though this one..
