Hi has anyone taken delivery of a ford if so how long did you wait for from port to dealership my fiesta arrived at dagenham 1st march yet im still waiting for it to be delivered to my dealership sales team has no updates to give me.

Tourneo Connect ordered Oct, told Feb – then March now supposedly this week ending

Ordered from a Ford dealer in Bath and was told my car had arrived in Dagenham and it would be with me in 1 week. I waited 2 months and still no car. I kept being told it’ll be this week, next week, difinitely this week…got fed up and cancelled the order. Apparently they have major delays with car transport from Dagenham to dealerships.
Ended up ordering a ST Line X from a dealer in Bristol. Ordered in Feb and was told August delivery. Picking the car up this Sat 🙂

Ordered a Ford grand tourneo early October for March delivery..called early February to be told should be delivered for 28th of February… when I called on that day was in Dagenham where it’s not moved since and no new update from dealer even right joke ..
i order Ford Tourneo Connect early September got delayed in Belgium was told it would be here early March 2023 but check up yesterday it now at Dagenham been there some weeks now not sure when it is arriving
my Oct ordered Tourneo is ready for pickup on Tueday, I’m buzzing!

Hi, order a new Puma in the last week of March, expecting delivery in April.
Nothing delivered, chased it up in May but no luck. Chased up again last week but still no delivery date available. I’m a very patient man but this is getting ridiculous……
Hi, I ordered a new Puma 30th December 2022. Â I heard nothing from the dealership till April, I have phoned today 13 June 2023, informed my car was built in Romanian and since February 28 is at Dagenham awaiting transport to Telford. Â I have been told there is a shortage of transport driver!
The salesperson I have little confidence in. Â Will speak to the manager on the 14

Ordered a Puma St x-line back in Feb, was initially told it would arrive 10th of june. Date then got pushed back to 18th of June then 6th of July then 8th of July. Last we spoke to the Bromley dealership they said it was at Dagenham and should be delivered this week that was 2 weeks ago and now can’t get hold of the sales person or the manager. Absolute joke.
I ordered my Kuga ST-Line X on 25th April and was told it should be ready in 3-4 months. Had an email from Ford on 4th July with VIN number and on 5th July had an email from dealer saying they expected the car within 10 days. Today I had another email saying car was now on site with them and I’m picking it up Thursday. Seems like it’s impossible to predict if things will run smoothly or if it’ll be the constant push back of delivery many are experiencing.
I ordered my Focus ST end of October 2022. It arrived in March 2023 but wrong spec which meant a new build order. Was told the new order would arrive end of June.
At end of June Bromley dealership told me that the car is at Dagenham and I should get it within the week.
Week after week and I’m still waiting.
A lot of people are on their Summer holidays.
If there is a already shortage of delivery drivers, this will be exacerbated during the summer.
A few days ago I pooped into a garage it sells Renault, Hyundai, Vauxhaul and Dacia.
I Hyundai Kona rolled off the transporter and there were 3 members of staff ready to unwrap it as soon as the wheels stoppped turning. It was going right into the showroom.
Not sure why anyone would wait this long for the Puma
Luckily cancelled my order in may and went for the Megan E Tec
Even the top model lacks front parking sensors.sun roof. blindspot warning.elec hand brake,Poor colour options imo
Top spec is the only one with Discs all around and the 155 hp engine even then you are forced to have the ST spec if you want these things
Think ford are putting ford first and not the customer imo
We ordered a focus st x 155 estate on the 13th of April 2023.
Dealer sent me the vin and delivery details in early June, car was built and ready on the 31st of May.
Delivery to dealers was scheduled for the 10th of June, not delivered then 17th June not arrived.
Dealer has now said the weekend of the 22nd so we’ll see.
Ordered A Puma 10th May for delivery end of May. Now 24th July and it is still stuck at Dagenham with no immediate expectation of it arriving. this is ridiculous. Ford really need to get there act together.
Now told July 31st.
Ford took 2 months to build the car but by the 31st it will be 3 months waiting in Dagenham.
Dealer emails me everyweek that it’s due and it doesn’t turn up it’s madness, the cars just sitting there.
Ordered a pre built bog standard Puma on 10 May and it’s almost August and it’s still at Dagenham with no confidence it will ever turn up. The dealer knows nothing and can do nothing
Still being told that the car is still down for delivery to the dealer this week but not delivered.
Keep getting told nothing can be done even though this is the 9th week of the same update.
Getting close to cancelling but they have the 750 payment and have been told they will take an admin fee out of it if we cancel.
