British Gas has extended their PeakSave Sundays scheme until 31st December (was previously meant to end in September). PeakSavers can now take advantage of five hours of half-price electricity every Sunday for the rest of the year from 11am to 4pm. Could be handy for the colder months ahead if you are a British Gas customer with a smart meter.

you might have been moved over as a supplier of last resort, but that’s no excuse to stay
British Gas are excellent, we have them for both fuels plus boiler and plumbing warranty. Mother and father in law are on a low income and they get a Warm Home Discount every year from BG. You had all those cheap suppliers offering deals a few pounds cheaper than British Gas, but look how many of them went bust and who stepped in to help, yes, British Gas.

Ofgem. Fixed it for you ?
Didn’t fix it for me I was already with BG. Can you imagine the extra workload for the staff getting millions of extra customers overnight.
